Shipping Policy

For India & Nepal Customers:

Both Standard and Express services are available at checkout. Standard Post should take between 2–5 business days. Express Post should take between 1–3 business days. Please note we cannot guarantee delivery times.

Please ensure the delivery address and phone number provided are accurate.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or multiple failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges may apply.

For International Customers:

All parcels are sent via DHL Express Service. Once shipped, parcels should arrive within 3–7 business days; however, delivery times are not guaranteed.

We do not ship to PO or APO boxes internationally at this time. All international orders incur a flat rate shipping fee. We try our best to keep fees low and cover shipping up to a designated threshold. If this threshold is exceeded, the recipient will be contacted with a freight quote and must confirm agreement before the parcel is shipped.

All international parcels require a signature upon delivery. A business address is recommended. If no one is available at delivery, DHL will leave instructions to retrieve the parcel.

Once the parcel leaves our warehouse, it is in the care of the courier. NEON The Labels is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your parcel goes missing, please contact your country’s DHL directly.

Customs, Taxes & Duty Charges:

Each country has its own customs and duty charges. NEON The Labels cannot cover or estimate these charges. It is the recipient’s responsibility to be aware of and pay any applicable fees. By placing an order, you agree to cover these charges.

We recommend contacting your local DHL office to understand your country’s import costs before ordering.

Refusing a Shipment / Paying Duties & Taxes:

If a customer refuses to pay customs or duties, DHL will abandon and destroy the parcel at NEON’s expense. No refunds will be issued for refused parcels.

Cancellation of Orders:

NEON The Labels reserves the right to cancel any order if we are unable to fulfill an item. If you have ordered a set, we will contact you with options:

  • Store Credit worth 110% of your purchase
  • Option to change the size, color, or item of equal value
  • Full refund for the unavailable item or entire set

Changes to Terms:

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Please check this page periodically for updates.
