Return Request

If you are not happy with your purchase, full-priced items or items purchased using discount codes can be returned for a Store Credit only. We do not offer refunds or exchanges.

If you receive an incorrect or faulty item, please contact our customer support at neonthelabels@gmail.com to arrange approval for a return.

We do not accept returns on:

  • Items marked as Final Sale

Return Conditions:

  • Unworn items
  • Tags must be attached
  • In original packaging with labels and safety tape intact
  • No perfume or deodorant smells
  • No makeup or fake tan marks
  • Swimwear & Bodysuits must be tried on with undergarments; hygiene sticker must remain intact
  • Return using a small satchel only – no boxes

You have 14 days from receiving your order to register a return. Items must be received by us within 28 days of delivery.

If the returned item does not meet the above conditions, we will contact you for further steps. NEON The Labels reserves the right to reject any return that is not in its original condition. Worn, soiled, or damaged garments will not be eligible for store credit.

In case of a rejected return, you will have the option to pay for it to be returned to you. If we do not receive a response within 7 business days, the item will be donated.

Store Credits / Gift Cards:

  • Issued for the amount paid at the time of purchase
  • You will receive an email with your gift card
  • Valid for 2 years from issue date
  • Can be used on sale items and sitewide

International Returns:

  • Issued as store credit upon arrival at our warehouse
  • Return shipping is not covered by NEON The Labels
  • We recommend tracking your return parcel
  • We are not responsible for lost return shipments
